When you visit us for your complimentary consultation at either of our two welcoming practice locations in Scottsdale and Payson, AZ, you can expect anything from a cleaning and a routine exam to digital imaging and treatment planning for dental implants. We provide comprehensive care under one roof, so when it comes to dental treatment at Winterholler Dental Implants & Cosmetic Dentistry, you have a wide range of options. To determine what form of treatment you will be receiving, you and our team will discuss your diagnosis and your treatment options in detail, and in some cases, we may be able to perform your treatment the very same day.
For your first visit, we ask that you bring the following information with you so that your experience with us is as efficient as possible:
- Insurance cards and any other insurance information
- A list of any medications you are taking
- A list of allergies and sensitivities
- Any X-rays or imaging from your previous dentist, if applicable (you may want to ask your previous dentist to send these to us)
- Your credit card, checkbook, or payment method of choice
Please note that an adult must accompany all children under the age of 18.
Please arrive a few minutes early to make sure there is time to fill out any necessary paperwork. You can also fill out much of the required patient paperwork online ahead of time if you desire. Occasionally, emergencies that require immediate attention can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you in these situations.
