Dear Patients and Friends of Winterholler Dentistry,
Update 3/26/2020: Winterholler Dentistry is closely monitoring and following guidelines established at the Center for Disease Control regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19 ). We will continue to monitor all updates by the Center for Disease Control regarding this situation.
In the most recent update, Arizona dental practices can see emergency only patients as of 3/21/2020 until further notice. We are following this order as such, but we want our patients to know we are still here for you. We will remain open and active as always, providing care to those in need of emergency services. We realize that many of you need dental care and we will be there as always. We will respond to future conditions as appropriate.
We also have now implemented a new way to stay in touch with all our valued patients during these unsure times. That is our new complimentary Virtual Consult feature, open to all patients, located on our website! Please feel free to utilize this to tell us any and all of your dental needs or desires. We are so eager to see your requests come through!

We are still monitoring all patients who come into the office with the following questions:
1). Have you or anyone in your household been ill or had a fever in the past 14 days? Have you been in close proximity to anyone who has been ill or had a fever in the past 14 days?
2). Have you traveled outside of the country in the past 14 days?
3). We will be taking the temperature of all patients who come into the office until further notice.
We require all of our team members to stay home when they are feeling sick, have a fever or a cough. (We ask our own team the same screening questions and fever screening as well).
A few things to note:
We are, of course, still honoring no penalty for cancelling and illness related rescheduling until further notice. We also appreciate your understanding in our need, in accordance with this new law, to reschedule all non-emergency dental visits until further notice.
Most importantly, we hope that you are all staying home, staying well and staying safe. We know that as we all keep a safe social distance and stay home that as a community we can flatten the curve and beat this Coronavirus that has wreaked havoc on our country.
We are encouraged by the efforts of many to help our community and nation at this time, especially the nurses and doctors on the front lines. To any of you who may be out there serving, we send our love, support and prayers.
Please let us know if there is anything that we can help you with.
